The size of the apartment is 44m2.

I am leaving you with monitor + headlamp + Herman Miller + standing desk, so that you can get your work done.
I want to highlight some special features that will enhance your stay in the apartment. Among them are:

If you're in the mood for shopping, the Mall of Berlin at Potsdamer Platz is easily accessible on foot from the flat.
Since the flat is not located directly at the main street it is quiet at night
