Hi everyone!
My 1,5 room apartment in Schönleinstraße (between Kottbusser Tor und Hermannplatz) will be available for sublet.
It is fully furnished, there are chairs now in the kitchen (2) and more lamps :) Its a small and cozy place in the middle of the city, but since its in the Hinterhaus its very quiet.
The rent is what I pay too, sadly. Its 720€ per month.
If you want to stay for March and all of April, that would be possible, too. My plans for April are not fixed.
I would ask for a deposit of around 400€, since all of my things are in here. We would set up a sublease contract. Unfortunately, no Anmeldung possible. No parties and no smoking inside.
