Sehr ruhig da im Hinterhaus mit schönem Hof & netten Nachbarn. 3. OG, ca. 34 qm, kleine Küche, kleines Bad (mit Dusche), grosses Zimmer: Küche und Zimmer mit Dielen, Bad weiss gekachelt. Wie gesagt sehr hell & gemütlich. Ausserdem gehört eine kleine Abstellkammer auf halber Treppe mit zur Wohnung - sehr praktisch zum Sachen verstauen. (Keller gibt´s auch)
Die Wohnung biete ich zum Tausch gegen eine 3-4 Zimmer Wohnung in Kreuzberg, Nord-Neukölln, Treptow oder an Kreuzberg grenzende Mitte. Am liebsten auch Altbau & Dielen, gerne mit Badewanne & Balkon. Kein EG.
Ideal wäre ein Umzug ab dem 15. Mai bis 1. Juli, früher oder später wäre aber auch ok.
