Public transportation close by, metrobus 29 (50 meters), subway lines U1 (500 meters) and U8 (700 meters).
The apartment is situated in the side wing of the building (no street noises). It has large windows, but only small bathroom with a shower. There are nice wooden floorboards in the room and corridor and ceramic tiles in the kitchen and bathroom. Washing mashine, cooking oven, water boiler, toaster, flatscreen-TV, fast internet + wireless are available. The apartment is furnished with a bed(1,40x2,00m), writing desk, couch, chairs etc..
The apartment is available for rent from the 22nd of october to the 4th of november 2011. Rent for the whole duration is 280,- EUR all incl. + security deposit of 100,- EUR. Rental for shorter period on consultation.
