ich muss meine 1-Zimmerwohnung für ca 8 Monate untervermieten. AB JULI
Kreuzberg ist ein beliebter Szenebezirk mit vielen Cafes, Bars und Clubs. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und hat eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. U bahn und Busse sind nur ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuss von dir entfernt.
Görlitzer Bahnhof (U1) und
Kottbusser Tor (U8 + U1) sowie die
Busse 147 und M29.
Ich habe sie liebevoll eingerichtet und bin mir sicher, dass du dich wohlfühlen wirst :)
Es ist alles vorhanden was du zum Leben brauchst... Schau dir am Besten die Fotos an und du siehst alles was ich drin lassen werde.
Mir ist äußerst wichtig, dass du gut mit der Wohnung umgehst und sehr zuverlässig bist!
Freu mich dich schon kennen zu lernen!

I have to rent out my studio appartment from July 2012 until March 2013.
Please check out the pictures. I'll leave everything in the appartment for you. so you don't have to bring anything but your personal stuff with you.
Kreuzberg (oranienstraße) is a very famous area for young peaople who love art. you'll find many shops, bars, clubs and cafes just across the street. The underground stations Kottbusser Tor (U8 + U1) and Görlitzer Bahnhof (U1)and the busses (147 and M29) are just 2 minutes by walk away from you.
It's very important to me that you be carefukl with my stuff :)
