Ich vermiete meine schöne, helle 1 Zimmerwohnung in dem Zeitraum vom 01.03.2018- 15.03.2018 auf Grund eines Auslandaufenthaltes und suche einen zuverlässigen Zwischenmieter. Die Wohnung liegt in der Graefestraße. Es handelt sich um eine wirklich hübsche Wohnung in bester Lage (in der nähe vom Landwehrkanal). Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten, mit Küche, kleinem Bad, kleinem Flur und großem Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer. Sehr hell!
Die Wohnung kostet 350 € für den halben Monat, da ist dann alles drin.
I am subletting my cozy and beautiful apartment (March 01, 2018 - March 15, 2018) and am looking for a responsible subletter! My apartment is partially furnished with a queen size bed (afternoon sun). The kitchen has everything you need, including a table, chairs and morning sun. Internet is included.

Die Wohnung liegt am Anfang der Graefestraße in der nähe vom Landwehrkanal. Es sind unzählige Cafés, Eisdielen, Bars und Restaurants, Supermärkte und sogar einen Wochenmarkt in der Nähe.
U1/8 Kottbusser Tor oder U8 Schönleinstraße sind am nächsten, U7 Südstern ist aber auch in 10 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar.

My apartment is located in a great neighborhood, Graefekiez in the middle of Kreuzberg. There are tons of nice cafes, bars and restaurants, supermarkets and a farmers market close. The closest subway stations are U1/8 Kottbusser Tor or U8 Schönleinstraße; you can walk within 10 min to U7 Südstern.
Ich suche einen zuverlässigen und solventen Zwischenmieter für den gesamten Zeitraum vom 1. März 2018 bis 15. März 2018 (mit möglicher Verlängerung). Die Miete beträgt 350€ alles inklusive pro Monat.
