Live one year in Kreuzberg -- close to the famous Admiralbrücke!

Hallo!

Ich vermiete meine grandiose Wohnung in Berlin-Kreuzberg, da ich für ein Erasmusjahr die Stadt verlasse.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einer großen Wohnküche und einem kleineren Schlaf- und Arbeitszimmer. Wenn du mit viel Gepäck und evtl. Möbeln hier ankommst können wir gerne darüber reden welche meiner Dinge für das Jahr hier drin bleiben und welche nicht.

Wenn ihr also Lust habt in der Oase Gräfekiez, direkt an der Admiralbrücke und 10min vom Kottbusser Tor und Herrmannplatz entfernt, mit perfekter Anbindung (U1,U7,U8), zu wohnen schreibt mir eine E-Mail und wir machen einen Termin aus.

Do you want to stay in Berlin for one year? I am leaving the city for an Erasmus-year to the Netherlands and I would like to rent my dear apartment to someone who would like to live in one of the greatest parts of the city.

My flat is 30m2 big, but has everything you need. It is in a quiet surrounding, just birds twittering will wake you up in the morning. There is a big living room with a combined kitchen and a smaller sleeping and working room. If you have a lot of own things we can talk about which things can stay in the apartment and which don’t.
Berlin-Kreuzberg is one of the youngest and dynamic parts of the city. The flat is 8min to Kottbusser Tor and 15 min to Herrmannplatz. You are close to the subway lines u8, u1 and u7. The neighborhood is the Gräfekiez. Which is famous for their little cafes and sweet restaurants. Also the Landwehrekanal is right in front of the apartment. The whole year you can have walks here, sit in the sun and enjoy the Berlin way of live.
