I am subletting my fully furnished Altbau one-room flat during the month of february. The flat is located in the center of Berlin Kreuzberg. Graefekietz, Bergmannkietz, public transportation and various bars and grocery shops are in walking distance of no more than 10 minutes. The flat is in the rear building therefore very quiet but still sunny. Thre is one spacious room which is furnished with a comfortable sleeping couch, an eating area, armchairs etc. A spacious bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, wireless web access throughout the whole flat are also available. Electrical power, heating and wifi are included in the rent price. This is a non-smoking flat. The flat is suited for 1-2 persons.
The daily rental price is 50 Euros. The price for the whole month of february is 550 Euros.

Ich vermiete meine vollmöblierte Altbauwohnung mit 40qm im Februar.
Die Wohnung liegt zwischen den U-Bahnhöfen Gneisenaustraße und Südstern. Das Tempelhofer Feld, Freibäder, Kreuzkölln, Greafe- und Bergmannkiez sind zu Fuß in zehn Minuten erreichbar.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock im ruhigen Hinterhaus. Es gibt ein sehr großes Zimmer, das mit bequemer Schlafcouch, einem Essberich sowie Sesseln ausgestattet ist.
Das Bad ist geräumig, hell und mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine ausgesatttet.
W-Lan und Strom sind im Gesamtpreis mit eingerechnet.
Es ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.

Zu haben ist die Wohnung entweder tageweise (50Euro pro Tag) oder über den ganzen Februar (550 Euro).
