Untermieterin ist mir kurzfristig abgesprungen, daher kurzfritig und schnell:
Kleine, schnuckelige Wohnung, typisches Berliner Zimmer zur Untermiete an verantwortungsbewusste Frau/ mann.
Die Wohnung ist nicht die modernste,so wie manches neu renovierte hier im Kiez. Aber sie liegt toll ist hell und ruhig (5.OG Hinterhaus) und bezahlbar, obwohl zentral im Kreuzberg 36 Kiez gelegen, nur ein paar Schritt und Du bist im Görlitzer Park.
Vermiete diese teilmöbiliert, nach Absprache an verantwortungsvollen MieterIn - unbedingt Nichtraucher! Mietdauer: zunächst für 1/2 Jahr (Probezeit in anderer Stadt), aber geplant ist ein Jahr. Bitte nur melden, wenn Du auch ein Jahr bleiben möchtest.
Miete 315 brutto, hinzu kommt Strom und Gas und GEZ, jenachdem was du verbrauchst.
Update: ich bekomme viele Anfragen, daher bitte nicht beleidigt sein, wenn ich nicht anworte. Da ich berufstätig bin, treffe ich erstmal nur 2-3 Leute und melde mich dann, wenn das nicht geklappt hat. WICHTIG: nur melden, wenn auch der gesamte Zeitraum für dich in Frage kommt! Danke :-) Nächster möglicher Besichtigungstermin ist Sonntag, bitte Termin ausmachen.
