Schöne Wohnung in TOP-LAGE für eine Monat

Ich biete meine Wohnung für 4 Wochen von 01.3 bis 29.3, während ich im Ausland bin.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt für Einzeln, aber es gibt auch genug Platz für einen Paar. Sie ist ruhig und hat alles, was du brauchst: schnelles Internet, Ausgestattete Küche, Sound-System, Bettzeug, sowie eine kleine Terrasse.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Bergmannkiez, einer meiner Lieblings Gegenden Berlins: Bergmannstraße ist ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, und der Marheineke Markthalle, wo man frische Produkte, großartigen Kaffee und Fast-Food bekommt, ist gleich um die Ecke. Persönliche Favoriten hier sind Connie Island, nur ein paar Häuser weiter, die die beste Kuchen Berlins bekommt, und das Tempelhofer Feld, ideal für Jogger.

Wenn du Interesse hast, schick mir einfach eine Mail. Wir können gerne skypen, oder wenn's zeitlich passt, kannst du auch vorbei kommen. Vor du einziehst, brauch ich eine Kopie deines Reisepasses bzw. Personalausweises, und du musst den kompletten Betrag überweisen, vor du die Schlüssel bekommst.

Kürzere Mietdauer können auch vereinbart werden. Sag mir einfach Bescheid.



I'm offering my flat for 4 weeks from the 1st-29th March, whilst I shall be away.

The flat is perfect for single occupancy, but there is enough room for a couple. It's quiet and has everything you'll need: fast internet; cooking utensils; sound system; bedding and even a small terrace.

It sits in the middle of Bergmannkiez, one of my favourite areas of Berlin: Bergmannstrasse is about 2 minutes walk away, and the Marheineke Market Hall, where you can get fresh produce, great coffee and fast food, is just around the corner. Personal favourites here are Connie Island, just a few doors down, where you can get some of the best cake in Berlin, and the Tempelhof field, great for joggers.

Please email me if you're interested and we can set up a skype meeting, or you can come round in person. If you choose to take the flat, you'll need to give me a photocopy of your passport and be ready to pay the complete amount for your stay when you sign the contract and get the keys.

I can also work out a rate for shorter lets, just let me know.
