Hallo!
Ich vermiete meine schöne 1-Zimmer Wohnung vom 08. Dezember bis 29. Februar, da ich in diesem Zeitraum verreise. Die Wohnung liegt in der Sorauer Str., im netten Wranglerkiez, gleich am Schlesischen Tor in KREUZBERG. Die Lage ist top! =)

Die möblierte 1-Zimmer Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhaus im vierten Stockwerk und ist hell. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 33 qm groß, ruhig und wirklich sehr gemütlich. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet.

Die Warmmiete beträgt für diesen Zeitraum pro Monat 600 Euro und die Kaution beträgt 200 Euro. Auf Anfrage schicke ich euch gerne Fotos! Ich suche "eine" ruhige Person, bevorzugt ein Mädchen.
Meldet euch wenn ihr Interesse habt, erzählt mir was ihr in Berlin macht und kommt mich gerne spontan besuchen.

Hello!
I will rent my beautiful 1-room apartment between the 08th of December until the 29th of February. The flat is located in the Sorauerstraße, in the nice area called Wranglerkiez (Schlesisches Tor) in KREUZBERG. The location is perfect! =)

The apartment has 1 room fully furnished, is located in the backyard, in the fourth floor and is sunny. All together the flat has a size of 33 square meters, is calm and really cozy.

The rent for this time is per month is 600 Euros (everything included, also Internet) and the deposit is 200 Euros. If you are interested I can send you photos. I search "one" calm person (I prefer a girl).
