Helle, schöne Wohnung im Gräfekiez nähe Admiralsbruecke

Die helle, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung liegt wunderschön, direkt am kleinen Platz vor der Admiralsbrücke. Im Sommer blickt man auf den grünen Park und wenn die Blätter weg sind, kann man im Winter bis zum Fernsehturm schauen.

Die Wohnung besteht aus einem große Zimmer, mit ca. 30m2 und einer geräumigen Küche mit Eß-/Wohnbereich. Ein kleines Zimmer mit etwa 10m2 dient mir für die Zeit als Abstellkammer und wird nicht mitvermietet. Ein paar meiner Bücher werden auch als „Mitbewohner“ bleiben.

Zur Wohnung gehören eine Waschmaschine, ein Geschirrspüler, eine Mikrowelle und natürlich Internet.

Im Gräfekiez gibt es viele schöne Cafés und Restaurants, der Landwehrkanal ist direkt vor der Tür und die nächste U-Bahn Stationen sind Schönleinstr. oder Kottbusser Tor.

Die Wohnung steht für drei Monate zur Zwischenmiete, und zwar vom 1 Oktober bis 1 Januar. Bei vorheriger Absprache kann der Zeitraum gegen Mietende um ein bis zwei Wochen verlängert oder verkürzt werden.

Besichtigungstermine können dieses Wochenende (20.9 + 21.9) per Email vereinbart werden.

The bright and lovely furnished apartment is ideally located directly in front of the little park of Admiralsbrücke.

The apartment consist of a big room of 30m2 and a spacious kitchen, with a cosy dining-/living-area. There is a washing machine, a dish washer, a microwave and internet.

Graefekiez is one of the most beautiful and interesting areas in Berlin. There are lots of cafés and restaurants, many parks, the canal and the U-Bahn going from Schönleinstr. or Kottbusser Tor Station, is just a couple of minutes away.

I rent the apartment for 3 months from 1. of October to 1. of January. It is possible to prolong or shorten by one or two weeks towards the end of the rent, if communicated in the beginning.
