Hey, Im subletting my appartment for a bit over a month. It's a nice little flat, in a great Kreuzberg area. The flat is very Kreuzberg as well ;). Oh and be aware, there is just a coal-oven! (winter is coming...)
I would like it if you are very flexible about the renting time, in return I will be as well, and I don't really care much about getting a ton of paperwork from you.
It would be great if you write me an email with a bit of information about you, then I already see if it fits and I won't invite more people, so that we both save some time and energy.

PS: Of course it makes sense to copy paste your message, but please leave some hint that you read the tiny text and are fine with that! Especially, since most people who write me look for sth longterm, stress that you are aware this is a PART TIME rent! And, I am not sure how bad my english seems here, but I will understand your message! I promise! No need to google translate it into german!
Oh one more thing, the whole thing is very urgent, so you should have time to come by today or tomorrow, see the flat and get it right away (480 euros from tomorrow on until end of october)! Please make sure you mention in your email that you have time to come by! Also, I am sorry, I can't handle it over skype etc (if you are not in Berlin). But you can write me over whatsapp as well (please no calls!/keine Anrufe bitte!). And, i know that sucks, but i really wont be able to answer everyone...
