40m2 flat for rent during holidays, couples welcome

i am renting my flat last minute, the flat was just renovated, but it has all the comforts you need.

It is located in front of Görlitzer Park in Kreuzberg, in a quiet street, but really close to bars, restaurants, clubs and supermarkets. A shop open till late night is 100 meters away, 200 meters away there is a bio old fashioned market, where they do slow-food events during the holidays. it is a nice meeting point as well.

The flat has a big sleeping/living room, a spacious hallway, a bathroom with bathtub and a small kitchen with a table for 2 people. There is a big balcony facing the inside garden, if you want to get some fresh winter air.

Internet is also available.
no washing machine yet unfortunately, but an automatic laundry is not far from here.
the flat is a NON-smoking flat, you can smoke on the balcony of course.
there is a parking space behind the building, by the garden the balcony is facing

it is free from monday 22.12.2014 until Tuesday 30.12.214 or perhaps even later.
We could arrange a longer stay if needed.

Price is 20 euro per day / 25 euro per day for couples. Friendly deals for longer stays!

there is a Caution based on the length of your stay, not much anyways
