beautiful, confortable, quiet and furnished flat in Kreuzberg for rent for around one year
It is a 1 big room apartment in the 2nd floor of a well renovated Altbau (old biulding), it has 45m2 with charming wooden "dielen" floor. It is south oriented to a courtyard with huge trees that change a lot in the different year seassons, participating very much in the feeling of the interior space. The coutyard is very quiet and the trees shelter many birds :-) This south orientation means that the flat has direct sun entering the house almost the hole day (except form 2 months in winter) through its four windows. The main room is now divided in "Sleeping" and "Living" areas using furniture. This room has 2 big windows, one bed with mattress. one sofa-bed and storage.
The second bigger space is a really comfortable, renovated and totally furnished kitchen (with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwelle, toaster and fridge with freezer).
The bathroom is also renovated and has a big bathtub and a new washing machine.
It is a perfect flat for a couple or a single.
The street is Fidicinstrasse 15, in the Bergmannskiez, that is neighbourhood between Mehringdamm, Bergmannstrasse, Tempelhof and Hasenheide... it's full of restaurants, cafés, bars, shops, ateliers... This is one of the most charming, and best kept 19th century residential areas of Berlin.
It has the Chamissoplatz and the Marheineke Platz nearby, with several weekend markets and the permanent market hall of Marheineke.
It is five minutes away by walk from the Tempelhofer Feld. And it is also very well connected, with 2 different U-bahn stations, that are both around five minutes away by walk:
- Platz der Luftbrücke (U6) connects in south direction to Ring S-bahn, and in north direction to Mitte (Fridrichstrasse) and Wedding;
- Gneisenaustrasse, (U7) that connects in east direction very fast to Neukölln (Südstern, Hermanstrasse, Karl Marx Strasse...) and goes west direction to Spandau.
Preferably non smokers.
The price is monthly 500€ with everything included ( building maintenance, internet, electricity from renewable energy, warm & cold water and central heating)
The Kaution (deposit) is 500€
