gemütliche 1-Zimmerwohnung im Herzen Kreuzbergs

Ich vermiete meine schöne, gepflegte, saubere Wohnung für 3 Monate unter. Die Verkehrsanbindungen sind super, U8,U7,U1 und M29. Die Wohnung liegt zwischen dem Paul-Lincke Ufer und dem Görlitzer Park. Hier hat man alles was man braucht, um sich wohl zufühlen. Ausgehmöglichkeiten, Einkaufsoptionen und Natur. Mir wäre es wichtig, wenn Du meine Pflanzen gießen würdest und die Wohnung in dem Zustand übergibst, wie du sie von mir bekommen hast. Ein wenig Kommunkitaion mit mir wäre wünschenswert, wenn Du bei mir wohnst, z.Bsp.bzgl. Post. Bei Fragen einfach anschreiben. Ich freue mich auf nette Zwischenmieter :-)

Im renting out my beautiful,clean and cozy 1-bed Apartement for 3 months. Its very close to public transportation- U7,U1,U8 and M29 are close by. The flat lies between the beautiful Paul-Lincke Ufer and Görlitzer Park. All you need to feel comfortable is close by- bars, shopping opportunities and some nature. I would appreciate if you can water my flowers and I like to ask you to give back the place to me as tidy as you got it from me.
