Die Wohnung verfügt über Kühlschrank, Herd, Ofen, Waschmaschine, Badewanne, Zentralheizung, DSL Internet und ist voll möbliert. 1-2 Personen können hier komfortabel unterkommen. Die Wohnung liegt im Hinterhaus im 1. Stock, ist nicht hellhörig und auch kein Lärm von der Straße dringt herein.

I rent out my one-room flat between 26.07 – 24.08.2017. The main room is about 28 square meters, kitchen and bathroom are separate. The flat is fully furnished, with a fridge, stove, oven, washing machine, bathtub, central heating and Wifi internet. 1-2 people can comfortably stay at the place. It is located in the rear building on the second floor, no street or other noise.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral, die U-Bahnhaltestellen Südstern (U7), Schönleinstraße (U8) und Kottbusser Tor (U1, U8) sind in unter 10 Minuten zu erreichen. 100m von der Haustür entfernt hält der Bus M41, mit Direktanbindung zum Hauptbahnhof.

Direkt vor der Tür befindet sich das Café ‚playing with eels‘ und um die Ecke viele Bars und Restaurants. 5 Minuten die Urbanstr. entlang findet sich ein Netto, an der U-Bahnhaltestelle Südstern ein Edeka. Schließlich ist der Kanal und die Admiralsbrücke fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, und das Tempelhofer Feld in entgegengesetzter Richtung auch keine 25 Minuten entfernt.

Right in front of the flat you'll find the café 'playing with eels', several bars and restaurants are just around the corner. Supermarkets are also close by, a Netto 5 minutes down the street and a Edeka at the matro station Südstern. Finally, the canal and Admiralsbrücke is just 5 minutes away, also Tempelhofer Feld can be reached within a 25 minutes walk.
