Die möblierte Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhaus, sie besteht aus 2 Räumen und einem Flur mit Dielenfussboden. Die gemütliche Küche ist mit Sofa, Schreibtisch und Eßecke, sowie allem Geschirr und Kochutensil ausgestattet.
Das Bad ist mit Duschkabine, Waschbecken und Waschmaschine. Das Wohn- und Schlafzimmer hat ein ausziehbares Sofa und ein großes Doppelbett (1,80m mal 2 m), sowie einen Kleiderschrank und Nachtkästchen. Internet im Moment nicht vorhanden.
Die S/U Bahn Station Hallesches Tor ist ganz in der Nähe (7 min zu Fuß), M41 2 Minuten zu Fuß.
Auf der einen Seite ist der wildromantische Landwehrkanal zum entspannen, auf der anderen die bekannte Bergmannstrasse mit Bars, Cafes, Restaurants in nur 10 min Entfernung.
Bitte nur Nichtraucher ohne Haustiere.
Die Wohnung ist frei ab jetzt bis 28.2.2016.
Die Miete beträgt 30€ pro Tag, dazu kommt eine einmalige Kaution von 200€. Vermietung an maximal 2 Personen, Mindestmietzeit 7 Tage!

The flat itself is situated in a very calm neighbourhood but close to everything you need from shopping to bars. U1 Hallesches Tor is the closest tube stop. Bus M41 stops in 2 walking minutes distance.
The flat is furnitured and has everything you need in the kitchen to cook. You have a small entrance area, to the right The bathroom with shower and washing machine, walking straight ahead the living kitchen with a table, a tiny office table and a sofa. From there you pass to the sleeping and living room in one. On the left the double bed and on the right another sofa with a table. The flat has windows to southeast and is flooded with light during the day! (Good for a winter in berlin) All the floor is wooden and the walls are nicely painted!
So please just non-smokers, no animals and maximum 2 people! Wlan is not available.
I would like to have a deposit of 200€ which will be given back after you leave, if everything is fine.
The rent is consisting of 30€ per day.
