Während ich vier Monate in Südamerika bin, suche ich einen Untermeiter für meine stilvoll möblierte, helle & sehr gemütliche 1-Zimmerwohnung mit Balkon und Badewanne.
Das große Zimmer ist dank der Fensterfront sehr hell. Durch den Steinboden ist die Wohnung im Sommer auch bei hohen Temperaturen schön kühl (falls zu kühl, gibt es einen Teppich :))
MÖBEL: Großer Kleiderschrank, Kommode, Schreibtisch, Esstisch, zwei Stühle, zwei Sessel, 160 x 200 Bett.
Sehr helle KÜCHE mit Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Regalen, Mixer für Smoothies etc., elektrische Saftpresse und weiteren Küchengeräten sowie einem großem Fenster mit Blick auf den Balkon (wenn man es öffnet besteht eine direkte Durchreiche zum Balkon). Alle Lebensmittel (Gewürze, Öle, etc.) können mitbenutzt werden. Du kannst also sofort loskochen :)
BADEZIMMER mit Wanne, Heizung. Regal, Spiegelschrank. Flur mit Abstellkammer.
Das Hausverfügt über einen großen INNENHOF mit Gemeinschftsgarten.

I´ll rent out my beautifully furnished, bright 1 room apartment with balcony in vivid Berlin Kreuzberg. Starting in April till end of July 2016.
The living room is very bright - thanks to huge windows.
There is a big wardrobe, wooden dresser, desk, table, chairs, armchairs, a bed (1.60 x 2 meters).
The kitchen is very bright as well, here is one big window covering one side of it. It is fully equipped, you can even use my herbs - ready for you to start cooking ;)
The bathroom comes with a bathtub, there is a washing machine in the kitchen.
There is a big patio with a garden for everyone to use.

Zwischen Landwehrkanal (5 Minuten zu Fuß) und Görlitzer Park (3 Min) hat die Wohnung eine schöne, kiezige Lage. M29-Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus. 5 Mjn zum Ubahnhof Görlitzer Bahnhof (U1), 10 Min zum Ubf Kottbusser Tor (U8 & U1). 3 Min zum nächsten Supermarkt & Getränkehoffmann. Viele Cafés, Restaurants, Bars, Spätis, ein Copyshop und viele weitere Geschäfte vor der Tür.
