Bath tub, terrace, washing machine, WiFi and dishwasher to use and the sun rise on your breakfast table is included. Three minutes walking distance to public transport, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and clubs - one minute walking distance to the park. Monthly rent is at 800,- € pcm all inclusive.
