Alles zusammen 520 Euros Monatlich, mit mögliche Verlängerung der Miete, wenn ich länger im Ausland bleibe. Alles möbliert. Die Dusche ist in der living-Küche integriert und toilette auf der Treppe geteilt mit einer sauberen Nachbarin. Ich habe Pflanzen die mir sehr wichtig sind, also suche eine Person die die Pflanzen und Musik instrumente liebt. Suche Jemand der nicht raucht. Die Wohnung hat viel Licht. Der Boden ist gerade renoviert.

The best connections with metro, U7, U6 Mehringdam, U6 Plat der Lufbrücke, UBahn and Sbahn Yorkstrasse ,and different buses. If you need also a bike I can lend one.
