The apartment is equipped with original hardwood flooring and will be let fully furnished.

The building is located in a quiet and safe area of Berlin-Kreuzberg, right beside the popular Paul-Lincke-Ufer. Supermarkets, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance, as well as public transport (subway trains U1 and U8 and bus line M29).
