The apartment is located in Kreuzberg district, directly at Potsdamer Platz. The room is about 18.3 m2, equipped with bathroom, kitchen and basic furniture (desk, lamps, chair, wardrobe, bed with mattress).
It is bright in the daytime and quiet in the night.
Heating, water and electricity are inclusive in the rent, except Internet, which means you have to sign a Internet contract yourself or ask neighbor for sharing wifi. I understand it's inconvenient but it's also not practical for me to sign a contract for a short term.
There are laundry room, bike parking space in public area.

Location
Perfect location, right at the city center, surrounded by shopping malls, restaurants, cafes.
Access subway, train (U-bahn & S-bahn)and bus stops in 5 mins.
Parks and supermarkets are also within the walking distances.

Others
Ideally, the tenant should have formal certificates of university enrollment or some documents which can prove you are a student.
