Es handelt sich um eine 33qm große Altbauwohnung (Seitenflügel, 2.OG) mit kleinem Flur, Küche und Bad. Drei große Fenster, hohe Decken und Loft-Charakter garantieren, dass du dich hier wohl fühlst.
Die Wohnung ist für eine Person gedacht. Eine weitere Person wird gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis akzeptiert.

Hello there! I am renting out my flat for two weeks, from July 1st until July. 14th, whilst I am on holiday. It is possible to maybe rent the flat for two weeks longer. It is an ideal place if you want to feel the summer vibes of Kreuzberg near the canal. My cozy apartment is 33 sqm big, and beside the living-/sleeping area, there is a bathroom and a small kitchen. Three big windows, high ceilings and my general interior design make sure you feel comfortable here.
My flat is for one person. For a small additional fee a second person can move in.
Die Wohnung befindet sich neben dem beliebten Graefekiez in Kreuzberg kurz vor Neukölln. Der Volkspark Hasenheide und das schöne Ufer des Landwehrkanals sind binnen weniger Minuten zu Fuß erreicht, und das kulinarische Angebot ist vielfältig. Café, Bäcker und Co sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Netto (Supermarkt) ist direkt neben der Haustür.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Mitte der Ubahnstationen Schönleinstraße (U8), Hermannplatz (U8/U7) und Südstern (U7). Die Busstation Graefestraße (M41) ist in wenigen Schritten erreicht. Am Kottbusser Tor (U1) kann man auch innerhalb von 10 Minuten sein. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein!

My flat is located in the beautiful, diverse area of Kreuzberg (almost Neukölln). The canal and various parks are right next to you. Plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants and possibilities to get groceries are in walking distance.
Public Transport (U-Bahn and Bus) as well. The location could not be better if you ask me.
Ich habe in meiner Wohnung leider keine Waschmaschine, da es keinen Anschluss in meinem kleinen Badezimmer gibt. Ein Waschsalon ist mit den Bus aber schnell zu erreichen. Die Bettwäsche musst du deswegen am Ende deines Aufenthalts nicht waschen - das erledige ich.
Ach ja, und - keine Parties -. Nachtruhe ist wie üblich um 22 Uhr.
Es würde mich freuen, ein paar Worte über dich zu lesen, und dich ggf. kennenzulernen. Ich muss dir ernsthaft vertrauen können, da in meinem Zuhause viele meiner Sachen bleiben werden. Weitere Fotos schicke ich nur in einer Nachricht.

Unfortunately I don't have a washing machine, but that is a problem easy to solve.
