I'm subletting my apartment in Berlin, Kreuzberg on Katzbachstr. from 24th June until 8th of July 2019. It is about 35m2 of size with one big living room/bedroom, big kitchen and bathroom. It is fully furnished and very cosy. The location is great next to victoria Park, Yorkstrasse Ubahn, kreuzbergerstr etc..
I'm just looking for a nice person (or couple) to take care of the flat while i'm in vacation. This is not a lucrative business (Hotel, Air BnB shit etc) , i'm just a normal guy subletting. The apartment will be delivered is nice and clean but please be kind and return it to me in the same state. I would like to find somebody for the whole period if possible. Cost: 25 Euros/Day
