Hey, ich suche nen Nachmieter, der auch den vorgaben meines Vermieters entspricht. Das heißt soviel wie, min. 1.700€ netto Monatsgehalt werden vom Bewerber verlangt. Das ist denen wichtig. Ansonsten halt das übliche, schufa (solicitar ahora) , Vorvermieterbescheinigung und Nachweis 3 monatsgehalter. Zur Wohnung: ich war erstbezug nach Kernsanierung. Neue Fenster, schicker Boden, Bad mit Badewanne, Westbalkon. Einzug wäre 1.11. die finale Entscheidung liegt dann auch nicht bei mir sondern beim Vermieter selbst.
