Ich vermiete meine 1,5-Zimmer Wohnung für die Zeit meines dreimonatigen, beruflichen Auslandsaufenthalt.
Herzstück der Wohnung ist die Wohnküche mit großem, ausziehbaren Tisch und 5 Stühlen (4 weitere Klappstühle in der Wohnung). Zusätzlich gibt es ein Schlafzimmer mit großem Sofa, Bett, Kleiderschrank, Beamer, Kommode. Das kleine Badezimmer hat eine Dusche, eine Toilette, ein Waschbecken und eine Handtuchheizung. Die Wohnung hat eine eigene Waschmaschine in der Küche.
Hohe Decken und der Dielenboden machen die Wohnung sehr wohnlich.
Die Wohnung ist im zweiten Stock des Hinterhauses und damit sehr ruhig. Das Hinterhaus ist jung, aber nicht störend.

I rent out my 1.5-room apartment for the duration of my three-month professional stay abroad.
The heart of the apartment is the kitchen-living room with a large, extendable table and 5 chairs (4 more folding chairs in the apartment). Additionally there is a bedroom with a large sofa, bed, wardrobe, beamer. The small bathroom has a shower, a toilet, a sink and a towel heater. The apartment has its own washing machine in the kitchen.
High ceilings and the wooden floor make the apartment very comfortable.
The apartment is on the second floor of the back building and therefore very quiet. The back house is young but not disturbing.
Die Lage ist gerade in den Frühlingsmonaten sehr gut. Der Mariannenplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus und gerade wenn die Bäume wieder grün sind ein ruhiger, erholsamer Ort.
Gleichzeitig ist aber auch die Markthalle 9 um die Ecke und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht weit.
Die belebte Oranienstraße mit ihren vielen Bars, Restaurants und Geschäften ist wenige Minuten entfernt.
Nur die S- und U-Bahn ist mit 10 Minuten Fußweg etwas weit weg.

The location is very good, especially in the spring months. The Mariannenplatz is directly in front of the house and a quiet, relaxing place.
Markthalle 9 ist just around the corner and shopping facilities are not far away.
The lively Oranienstraße with its many bars, restaurants and shops is only a few minutes away.
Only the S- and U-Bahn (suburban railway) is a little far away with a 10 minute walk.
Ich vermiete die Wohnung ab dem 01. April unter. Ich werde am Morgen des 30. Juni zurück sein und die Wohnung wieder übernehmen. Ich vermiete sie für die gesamten 3 Monate unter, mit der Hausverwaltung ist dies abgeklärt: Es wird ein Untermietvertrag aufgesetzt.
Die Kosten für Strom, Heizung, Fernsehgebühren, Internet etc. sind inkludiert.
