This studio apartment now availanle - looking for a person or couple. The studio is in an old building in Kreuzberg, directly in Kottbusser Tor.
The studio shares a front door with two other rooms, they are completely independent. Even though you won´t be communally living, it is still very important to have a good relationship. Looking for someone quiet, trustworthy, and easy-going.
As seen in the photos, there is a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. The heating is with a wood stove (wood briquettes and coal included and available in the basement). The studio has a gas stove and oven, powered by a propane tank.
(Please keep in mind that usually the room has a lot more light! These photos were taken in the evening.)
2 minutes walking to Kottbusser Tor metro. Excellent area: rewe just around the corner, many bars and restaurants nearby. A bonus: even though the building is on a busy street, the room is very quiet, with windows facing the courtyard.
The total rent for one person is 500e, for a couple 600e. No anmeldung available.
