Zu Konditionen ist noch folgendes zu sagen: die Betriebskosten sind eine Pauschale - es erwartet euch also keine Abrechnung. Dazu kommen noch 43 Euro für die Nutzung der Grundmöbelierung sowie der Medien vor Ort (sprich Internet).
Die Verträge werden grundsätzlich über drei Jahre geschlossen und das Studium sollte noch bis Ende September 2020 laufen. Der Vertrag ist in Abstimmung mit dem Vermieter aber verlängerbar.
