Vermieter ist die Landeseigene GEWOBAG, die vom Mieter ein Mindesteinkommen von ca. 1200€ (auch Unterhaltszahlungen oder Studienkredite sind als Nachweis akzeptabel) verlangt.
In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich der U-Bhf. Hallesches Tor (U1, U3, U6) sowie eine Haltestelle des Bus 245.
Orte der Naherholung wie der Landwehrkanal oder der Gleisdreieckpark sind nur einen Steinwurf von der Wohnung entfernt :)
Ich bin auf der Suche nach entweder einem Zimmer (min. 15m²) in einer netten WG oder einer Einraumwohnung in den folgenden Bezirken: Schöneberg, Wedding, Friedrichshain, Prenzlauer Berg, Treptow, Neukölln, Charlottenburg, Wilmersdorf. Die Warmmiete sollte unter 500€ liegen.

This studio in a newly built complex has a large balcony facing south and is located in the heart of Kreuzberg at the border to Mitte. It offers floor heating, soundproof windows, an elevator and is absolutely barrier-free. The real estate company, GEWOBAG, asks for an income of at least 1200€ (student loans etc are accepted as proof).
Right around the corner you will find the subway station Hallesches Tor and a stop of the bus line 245.
It's only a 5min walk to Landwehrkanal and Gleisdreieckpark - places where you can find recreation.
I'm looking to swap this apartment with a room in a nice flatshare (at least 15m²) or a 1 bedroom-apartment for less than 500€/month in any of the following districts: Schöneberg, Wedding, Friedrichshain, Prenzlauer Berg, Treptow, Neukölln, Charlottenburg, Wilmersdorf.
