Nice flat completely renovated in a super top location, very near to Hermannplatz. It is moderately furnished, but with the basics.
It has a full kitchen with a fridge, oven, digital stove, washing machine and dishwasher. Double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. It is located on the top floor of the building (5 OG-DG), with no lift.
5 min walking distance to two Ubahn stations. 10 minutes by transport to Alexanderplatz.
Parks, supermarkets and many restaurants around.
