Ich suche eine 1-2 Raumwohnung und könnte meine wunderschöne, günstige 1 Raumwohnung zum Tausch anbieten.
Meine jetzige Wohnung hat einen Kohleofen.
Dafür verführt sie aber mit ihrem tollen Altbaucharme, der geräumigen Küche, einem tollen Hochbett und sie ist trotz der Lage super ruhig, da Hinterhaus. Außerdem ist sie durch die zwei Fenster im Wohn/Schlafzimmer super hell.
Vielleicht sucht ja jemand eine sehr günstige Wohnung in Kreuzberg und stört sich nicht an einem Kohleofen :)

Bitte nur Wohnungen innerhalb des Rings (am liebsten Kreuzberg, NK, Friedrichshain, schlagt mir aber gerne alles vor) max. 550€ warm!

I am looking for a 1-2 room apartment and could offer my beautiful, cheap 1 room apartment in exchange.

The apartment seduces with its old architectural charm, a spacious kitchen and a great loft bed. furthermore it is super quiet despite the location, because it's in the back house. Nevertheless it is super bright because of the two windows.
So maybe someone is looking for a very cheap and beautiful apartment in Kreuzberg and does not mind a stove :)

Please only apartments within the ring (preferably Kreuzberg, NK, Friedrichshain, but suggest me anything) max. 550€ warm!
