Studio apartment between Kreuzberg and Neukölln from July 20, 2023, to September 20, 2023 (2 months) with a possibility for an extension of stay and taking over the contract. Looking for a subtenant for the entire period. The studio is fully furnished and has all the amenities you may need (double bed, desk, wardrobe, and storage space, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, and washing machine, iron and ironing board, high-speed internet).
The studio is 35 sqm; it has one common bedroom/living room area, a small corridor, a separate kitchen, and a separate bathroom. It is on the fourth floor and has three large windows and it has plenty of natural light. There are no other tenants or flatmates and you will have the studio to yourself. I am the main tenant of the apartment (Hauptmieter). I will empty the apartment of my personal belongings, but the furniture will stay in the apartment for your use.
The rent is 1100 euros/ month (all bills and sublet fees requested by the agency are included in the price). Bills can be shown to you upon request.
A deposit (Kaution) of one month’s rent, i.e. 1100 euros, is also requested and will be returned to you upon the completion of the sublet agreement.
The sublet will be legal and a sublet agreement will be signed through the real estate agency.
The apartment is 3 minutes away from the beautiful Maybachufer and Görlitzer Park and very close to Kottbusher Tor.
The studio is located in one of the liveliest and prettiest neighborhoods of Berlin, yet is very quiet and peaceful during night and day, as it is located at the side building of the apartment complex.
The transportation is very convenient and there are many options for daytime and nigh-time transport via public transport. U8 Schönleinstraße and Görlitzer banhhof are just 10-12 minutes away walking distance and M29 is just around the corner.
The agreement is intended for a one-person sublet.
There is also a no-pet and no-smoking policy in the building.
There is also the possibility of registering (Anmeldung) in the apartment only for the period of the sublet stay.
