Cozy Studio Apartment for Two Weeks (17.08.-01.09.)

Gemütliche, komplett eingerichtete Wohnung im Wrangelkiez für zwei Wochen zur Untermiete ab 17.08. bis zum 01.09.

In der Miete ist alles inbegriffen, also Wasser, Heizung, Strom, Internet, etc.

Alles was nötig ist, ist da und kann genutzt werden, und als Bonus gibt‘s eine Hängematte on top :)

Großer Wohnraum mit Dielen, großes 1,40m Bett, Bad mit Dusche, Küche mit Tisch und 2 Stühlen, Waschmaschine, Internet.

Es handelt sich um sanierten Altbau und ist etwas hellhörig, das heißt Rücksichtnahme gegenüber den Nachbarn ist geboten. Es ist kein Problem, heißt nur, dass laute Musik und Parties hier nicht möglich sind.

Meine Sachen bleiben in der Wohnung, also suche ich eine vertrauenswürdige Person, die pfleglich mit meinem Raum umgeht.

Außerdem wäre es schön, wenn du meine Pflanzen ein zweimal gießen würdest :)

Cozy studio apartment in the middle of Kreuzberg‘s Wrangelkiez (around Schlesisches Tor) for two weeks from August 17 until September 01.

In the rent all is included, meaning heating, water, power, internet, etc.

All the necessities are here and can be used. Big living room with a 140cm bed, bathroom with shower, Internet, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen in separate room with table and two chairs. As a bonus there’s a hammock :)

As it’s an older building loud music and parties aren’t possible here.

My stuff stays in the apartment, so I’m looking for a trustable person that treats my space with respect!

Also it would be nice if you would take care of my plants, just a bit of water every week or so :)
