I'm renting my 2-room apartment in Kreuzberg for a limited duration: 5 nights from 26.05 until 31.05
It's a sunny apartment located at the 5th and last floor of a quite building (Altbau). The apartment is made of one big kitchen - living room and a separated bedroom.
Very quiet and confortable, with a South-exposure, it gets the most of the light during sunny days.
Located in the Hornstraße, a very charming street close to Gleisdreick Park (90 m) and Viktoria Park (500 m), the lively Bergmannstraße with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops is at a 5 minute walk, just like the U-Banhof / subway station Mehringdamm.
All kind of convenience sotre and shops are located under 5 minute walk.
Internet / WIFI included. A deposit will be asked and given back at the end of the rental.
It's a non-smoking apartment and I also prefer that no pet comes in.
This apartment is mine and most of my stuff will remain inside (stored in a closet of course and you'll have one for your stuff), which means that I am looking for someone who I can trust to keep the place tidy and clean, and to respect the calm of the building. Thanks for understanding.
