I am subletting my apartment for the period of 09.09.2022 - 12.12.2022 (for simplicity 3 months), which is perfect for an individual or a couple. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, an oven, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Additionally, I will also leave my cooking utensils for the tenant to use. There is also a 4 person dining table. The bathroom is has a full size bathtub with shower. In the bedroom, there is a three seater couch which can be converted into a bed. I do not own a bed but there is a queen size mattress. I will also leave behind my 55 inch TV . Apart from all this, there is a very small store room with a cupboard for storage. Internet speed is 1000Mbps.
The apartment is on the 4th floor and the elevator of the building is broken so please be ready to climb the stairs. There is also a room in the basement for extra storage.
The apartment will rented only to individuals and non-smokers. In order to rent the apartment, you should be able to present the usual documents: proof of salary and liability insurance (Haftpflichtversicherung).
The apartment is located in the lively part of the city, 5 minutes walk from both the Hallesches Tor and Mehringdamm U-Bahn stations. There are very good options for shopping, including Edeka, Rewe and LPG Bio Markt within 10 minutes of walking. There are multiple cafes and restaurants to visit including the original Mustafa Döner Kebap, Amici Amici Italian and Martha's Burgers in the area.
An Anmeldung may not be possible. If you need it, I could ask the landlord how this could be arranged but please remember that I cannot guarantee it. Visits are possible in the evenings and weekends. I would kindly request you not to call be but instead message me on the WG-Gesucht website itself.
