Hello,
I'm subletting my cosy 1-room apartment meanwhile I'll be our of town for a few weeks.
The exact period is from March 30th until April 18th, 2023. It isn't possible to change the dates.
The flat is very comfortable and quiet, recently renovated and fully furnished with washing machine and dish washer.
Internet works very well so it's suitable for home working. It has a beautiful viewon the Mariannenplatz's park and it's located 5/10 min walking to U1/3, U8, Bus 140, M29 and a 15 min walk to Ostbahnhof.
Non smoking house (there's a small balcony where you can smoke)
