Schöne Wohung in Xkölln - Nice apartment in Xkölln

Hallo,
ich vermiete vom 24.03 -13.04 (wobei ich hier flexibel bin) meine schöne Wohnung in Xkölln. Die Wohnung liegt gleich in der Nähe vom schönen Maybachufer, wo auch der berühmte Türkenmarkt ist. Es sind jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Kaffees, Galerien, Bars um die Ecke. Ca. 5 min zu Fuß ist die U-Bahn zu erreichen (U8).
Die Wohnung ist echt sehr schön und liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse im 2OG. Sie ist ca. 47qm groß, hat ein großes Zimmer und eine große Küche (für ca. 6 Personen) mit Balkon, wo man auch genug Platz hat zum sitzen. Sie ist minimalistisch eingerichtet... Man fühlt sich also sofort wohl. Ruft einfach an und alles weitere können wir am Tel. besprechen.

I am renting my beautiful apartment in Xkölln from around the 24th till the 13th april (I'm flexible). The apartment is right next to the popular Maybachufer (canal) where you can find the famous Turkish Market. There are also plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, galeries etc. around. It is a 5 min walk to the U8.
The apartment is in a very nice and quite street on the second floor. It has a nice balcony where you have space to sit. It has a big nice room with wooden floor and a big kitchen where around 6 people can sit.
The apartment has a minimalist touch. You def. are going to feel very comfortable! You will need to leave a deposit... But we can sort it out on the phone.
