Hello,
I am subletting my room in a student dormitory from now on until the end of November.
It is ideal for students looking for a temporary place while searching for something more permanent. The student dormitory is quiet but the neighbours are very and nice friendly so you can have a good time there too. There is a bar open every Tuesday and Friday.
The room is good size and furnished with a bed, table, chair, shelf. It looks better than on the pictures because there is now a carpet and blinds on the windows.
There is also a small entrance hall with a large wardrobe which can accommodate all your clothes and more.
The bathroom is shared with the next door neighbour (one person only), but currently there is no neighbour so it is only for your use.
The kitchen is shared with 7 other neighbours but it is most of the time empty and it is furnished with an oven, shelves, electric kettle and a toaster.
There is also laundry facilities in the building.
It is only 2 mins walk to the nearest bus stop. It is accessible through bus 187 and 181 from S-Lankwitz (S25) and with bus 181 from U-Alt-Mariendorf (U6) -in both cases it takes only 5 mins drive with the bus.
The rent of 190 EUR includes electricity, central heating and water. What is not included is only the Internet. You can ask politely your neigbour to share their internet (I used to pay 5 EUR per month!).
I would be happy to rent the room to anyone who meet the following requirements:
1. Wants rent the room for the whole period
2. Can pay the rent (190 EUR per month) and the deposit of 200 in advance
3. Can be respectful to his/her neighbours

Messages in English will be easier for me to read but German is also fine.
