A fully-furnished, bright, studio apartment is available from 4th March, initally with a subtenancy contract till September end, but with the opportunity to takeover long-term from October onwards. The studio is well equipped with a 120cmx200cm bed, work table and chair, coffee table and chairs, lots of shelves for storage, bathroom with a shower and an EBK. The studio also has large door-sized windows which lead to a spacious private balcony.
The pictures are taken from i-live's website but my apartment looks the same. The apartment is part of a complex of apartments managed by i-live Berlin. The apartment complex also has a 24x7 accessible gym, a beach volleyball court and a community room where you can meet other people. Cost for the above facilities are also included in the rent.

The building is located on Balatonstraße with a 2 min. walk to the bus stop (194, 296, 396), 13 min. walk to U-Friedrichsfelde (U5) and 16-min. walk to S-Betriebsbahnhof Rummelsburg (S3).
The area nearby has all kinds of shops for your daily needs - REWE (3 min.), Penny (3 min.), Netto (7 min.), Kaufland (13 min.), Pharmacy, Bakery, Flowers, Döner etc all just steps from your door.
