50 wunderschöne qm für Single/Paar; nur 20 Minuten bis zum Alex

Studiumsbedingt möchten wir unsere geliebte 50 qm Wohnung in Berlin Lichtenberg für ein halbes Jahr untervermieten. Die Wohnung hat zwei helle Zimmer, an das eine schließt sich die offene, vollausgestattete Küche an. Des Weiteren gibt es ein Bad mit Badewanne sowie einen großen Arbeitsplatz im Flur. Waschmaschine, Stereoanlage, Flatscreen-TV, Kaffeemaschine sind ebenfalls vorhanden.


Das ganze kostet 480 Euro warm, hinzu kommen 20 Euro für WLAN-Flatrate und Festnetz-Anschluss. Außerdem ist vorab eine Kaution in Höhe von einer Monatsmiete zu entrichten.

Due to our studies we would like to rent out our beloved 50 square meter flat in Berlin Lichtenberg for 6 months (including panorama view on the Fernsehturm!)


The bright apartment is divided into a great entrance area (also used as a study), a fully equipped open kitchen with dining area, a spacious bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub.

It is fully furnished and equipped with Flatscreen TV, washing machine, stereo system, coffee machine and other appliances.

Shops such as a bakery, supermarkets are in a short-walking distance. The tram stops of the lines M5, M6, M13, M16 are also just a few steps away (about 50 m). It only takes about 20 minutes to get to Alexanderplatz from here and about 10 minutes to get to Prenzlauer Berg or Friedrichshain.

The monthly rent is 480 EUR, plus additional 20 EUR for Wireless Lan flatrate and landline connection. We also require you to put down a deposit equivalent to one month's rent that will be withheld only in case of damage.


The flat is available from 1st of Octobre 2012 until the end of Febuary 2013. We‘re flexible concerning the exact move in/out date, so if you like to move in earlier we will certainly find a solution for that.

Unfortunately will only answer requests for a 5-6 months rental period.
