Ich suche eine(n) nette(n) und liebvolle(n) Zwischenmieter/in für meine 1-Raum Wohnung im Stadtteil Lichtenberg/ Rummelsburg.
Meine Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was ihr zum Leben benötigt. Eine große Küche und ein Zimmer das als Wohn/Schlafbereich genutzt wird.
Ihr braucht auch keine Angst haben auf irgend einer Couch zu schlafen. Ich habe ein 2-Mann-Bett, mit wirkl. hochwertigen Matratzen, wo Ihr super drauf schlafen könnt.
Vor meiner Haustür fährt die M21 ab, die euch innerhalb von 3 Stationen zum Ostkreuz bringt. Ihr habt damit eine perfekte Anbindung zur Stadt. Ein Aldi habt ihr auch gleich vor der Nase. Die M21 hält auch am Kaufland(2 Stationen entfernt)
Die Rummelsburger Bucht liegt auch vor meiner Haustür und lädt zum Entspannen ein :-)
Ihr könnt mich jederzeit anrufen, falls ich mal nicht ran gehe schreibt mir einfach eine SMS und wir vereinbaren gemeinsam eine Zeit zum Telefonieren.
Wollt Ihr die Wohnung länger oder kürzer mieten, dann ist das auch kein Problem. Da bin ich flexibel.
Also fragt mich einfach, wenn euch was auf dem Herzen liegt.
