Gemütliche 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in idealer Lage

Direkt vor der Haustür hält der Bus 240, der dich in 2 Minuten zur Ringbahnhaltestelle Storkower Straße bringt. Die Tramhaltestellen 13, 16 und 21 sind in 1 Minute erreicht – sie bringen dich in zwei Stationen zum U/S-Bahnhof Frankfurter Allee oder zur Warschauer Straße und damit nach ganz Berlin, wann immer du willst! Alles ist natürlich auch super mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Im Haus ist eine tolle Bar, in der du prima erste Kontakte knüpfen, etwas trinken oder einfach nur Fußball schauen kannst. Ein Fitnessraum ist auch vorhanden – aber auch ein Aufzug ;) Direkt hinter dem Wohnheim fängt ein kleiner Park an, der sich super zum Joggen oder zum Picknick im Grünen eignet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit entfernt – direkt gegenüber kannst du bei Lidl einkaufen gehen, eine Tramhaltestelle (oder 5min Fußweg) entfernt finden sich Rewe, Netto und Penny – auch Drogeriemärkte, Apotheken, Postfilialen und andere Geschäfte sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. An der Haltestelle Frankfurter Allee ist zudem ein großes Einkaufszentrum, wo man alles findet, was das Herz begehrt.

The bus 240 stops directly in front of the house and takes you to the „Ringbahn” stop Storkower Straße within just 2 minutes. Furthermore, the trams 13, 16 and 21 stop just around the corner – with them you’ll reach the U-/S-Bahn station Frankfurter Allee or Warschauer Straße in no time. All stations can also be reached on foot or by bike.

There’s a nice bar on the first floor of the house where you can relax, watch football, have a drink and meet nice people. There’s also a small fitness room and an elevator :) There’s a lovely little park in walking distance which is perfect for running or picknicking.
Grocery shopping is also very easy – there’s a Lidl just across the street and a Rewe, Netto and Penny not far away (1 tramstop or a 5 minute walk). A drugstore, pharmacy, post office and other little shops are also within walking distance, as is the big shopping mall “Ring Center”.

Die Wohnung kann ausschließlich an Studierende, Praktikanten oder Auszubildende vermietet werden, ein entsprechender Nachweis wird benötigt. Da ich ein Auslandssemester mache, ist es eventuell möglich, die Wohnung auch länger als Dezember zu mieten (bis maximal Februar) - sprich mich einfach darauf an. Ich antworte schnellstmöglich auf jede Mail! Du kannst natürlich auch gerne vorbeischauen und dich persönlich von der Wohnung überzeugen! Gerne beantworte ich alle Fragen oder mache ggf. noch mehr Fotos.

To rent the flat, you have to be a student, intern or trainee at any official institution in Berlin - a confirmation of your status will be neccessary for the contract. I will be away for a semester, so there might be the possibility to stay longer than December (maximum until February) - just get in touch with me. I will answer every mail as soon as possible - of course you can also visit the flat! Of course I'll answer all your questions or take more pictures of the flat.
