Zimmer zur zwischenmiete

Hallo ! ,

ich biete hier ein sehr schönes 22 m² Zimmer zum zwischenmieten. Im Zimmer können 2 Personen passen, aber können auch viele Personen wie du willst da chillen. Im Zimmer gibt es ein sehr Elegantes Audio Set, damit könnt ihr auch ein ruhiges After Party machen :). Aldi und Lidl sind 15 Minuten zu fuss entfernnt oder 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad, das du mit dem Zimmer kriegst. Es gibt alles in der Nähe, ein Döner Laden, Pizza Laden, Kiosk, Späti und Zigaretten Automat, Bar etc. Wo die Partys sind, ist nur 15 Minuten mit der Bahn zu erreichen. Ich gebe das Zimmer ab von 24. Juli bis 2 August ab, weil ich in dieser Zeit ein Urlaub mache. Wenn du Interesse hast kannst du mir Telefonisch oder per whatsapp erreichen. Oder wenn du willst, kannst du gerne vorbei kommen um das Zimmer zu besichtigen.

I am subletting my very cozy 22 m² room from 24th July till 02 August . As you can see in the photos, the room is really great for couples, but believe me there is enough place for as many friends as you have, you can sit there enjoy after partying with my beautiful Audio Set. Aldi and Lidl and other supermarkets are only 15 minutes far walking, or 5 minutes if you wanna get there with the bicycle which I will give you to use during your stay. The room is really not so expensive, and you can really find everything you need near you, and with only 15 minutes with the public transportation you will get to the places where all the parties and fun are. I am giving the room because at that time I will be in a vacation. If you are interested you can gladly call me or send me a Whatsapp message or however you like, and if you are in Berlin already, you can come and have look.
