The flat is a fully furnished 24sqm loft studio on the 5th floor of a newly constructed building(2020) so you get ample amounts of natural light even during the winters. There is a place to safely lock your bikes + extra storage space in the basement if you need it. There is also a small balcony. The flat is facing the courtyard so it's pretty quiet as well. (The building has an elevator for all the lazy peeps like me)
The flat has a pretty big sliding wardrobe with a mirror attached to it, a small area for storage & a coat hanging rack.
There is a loft window with retractable blinds on the outside & access to the balcony so there's always plenty of light.
There is a electric stove to cook your food along with an oven & a small fridge to store your food. There is ofcourse your own bathroom + toilet with a shower, a massive mirror & a towel drying rack.
In terms of connectivity, it is extremely accesible. You have the U5 line which is about a 2min walk from the flat. Frankfurter Allee (S+U) & the Ring Center 1-3 is about a 10-15min walk, tops. There are several supermarkets like Lidl, Rewe, Edeka, Kaufland & Aldi, all at a walking distance. The Ring Center has 2 gyms & several other shops & cafe's, if that's your scene.
The area around Frankfurter tor & boxi is also really close by.
