Hi,
I'm renting out the main room in my apartment.
I'm rarely at home during daytime, which is why I'd be glad to share the place with a cool roomie. I put my double bed in a private space between the entrance and the kitchen (I will put up a screen there).
The room is 20m2, fully renovated, with a private balcony that has a view on a wide street. The room is partially furnished : there's a couch that you can open up and use as a double bed, as well as a large table and comfortable chair.
I'm a painter, I come from Paris, and just moved in. Easy going, respectful and discreet!
It's five minutes away from the train station, Lichterfelde Ost.
