I'm gone from January 1st until at least June 30th and you can rent my cosy little 37m² apartment for half a year at 750€ a month all inclusive. Deposit is 1000€. Might be extendable.
It is in the deep east of Berlin-Marzahn in small renovated Plattenbau. View to a little park.
Consists of entrance area, bathroom with shower and washing machine, main room and kitchen.
You have a big bed, WiFi, a desk, lamps and a cleaning bot. Aswell as an oven beneath the cooking site and a fridge.
Public transportation around the corner - lines 16 and M8 to Hauptbahnhof- aswell as S7 12 minutes by foot (dir. Potsdam via Ostkreuz, Warschauer Str, Alexanderplatz, Hauptbahnhof, Zoologischer Garten).

Es ist ein bisschen wie Playmobilland hier, nicht die ganz großen, hässlichen Plattenbauten.

Tram 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt (16 u. M8 Hauptbahnhof).
S-Bahn (S7 Potsdam via Ostkreuz, Warschauer Str, Alexanderplatz, Hauptbahnhof, Zoologischer Garten) 12 Minuten.
Calm area- no hardcore Platten- with a view to a little park.

Public transportation around the corner - a 2minute-walk to tram lines 16 and M8 to Hauptbahnhof.
Aswell as 12 minutes by foot: S7 dir. Potsdam via Ostkreuz, Warschauer Str, Alexanderplatz, Hauptbahnhof, Zoo.
Es gibt große Fenster, durch die die Sonne strahlt.
Es gibt keinen Aufzug, aber die Treppenstufen sind angenehm flach.
Eventuell kann ich den Projektor dalassen für das Heimkino.
Die Töpfe sind sehr gut:)
Diese ruhige Gegend ist ein angenehmer Rückzugsort.
5 Minuten von hier kann man durch das Grün joggen.
