Da ich im Urlaub bin suche ich für die Zeit vom 20.8. bis Anfang Oktober (flexibel) einen Untermieter.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, nur zwei Stationen vom Alex entfernt.
Es handelt sich um ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einer Kleiderstange drin, ein Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und offener Küche.
Sie liegt im 8. Stock, ist also sehr hell und hat einen tollen Ausblick. Einen Fahrstuhl gibt es zum Glück.
Ansonsten rauche ich normalerweise in der Wohnung, jedoch riecht man das kaum. Aber da du dann eh alleine in der Wohnung bist, sollte das für dich kein Problem sein.
Es liegen zwei Clubs in unmittelbarer Umgebung, man hört zwar gar nichts von der Musik und es ist auch sonst nicht weiter störend, jedoch solltest demgegenüber nicht allzu sensibel sein :)
