Da ich zum 01.05.2024 aus meinem liebgewonnen Studierendenwohnheim ausziehe, suche ich ab dem 01.06. eine Student*in für eine befristete Nachmiete (3 Monate, 01.06-31.08.) für das Zimmer 531 in „The Social Hub“ Berlin.
Das Zimmer ist vollständig möbliert und im Gebäude befinden sich mehrere Aufzüge. Du bekommst ein gemütliches Queensize-Bett, einen modernen Fernseher, eine Klimaanlage, sehr schnelles WLAN, ein privates Badezimmer, Zugang zu einem Fahrrad, monatliche Zimmer-Reinigung und Zugang zu einer Gemeinschaftsküche. Außerdem hast du im Gebäude Zugang zu einem 24/7 Fitnessstudio und einem 24/7 Study-Room.
Des Weiteren ist das Haus videoüberwacht, Security geschützt und es sind 24/7 Ansprechpartner*innen vor Ort.
Da das Wohnheim zu einem Hotel gehört kannst du auch dessen Restaurant & Bar mitnutzen, sowie die Lobby.
Es sind ebenfalls mehrere Tischtennisplatten vorhanden. Eine im Eingangsbereich und mehrere im sonnigen Innenhof.
Jeden Monat werden vielzählige Events angeboten. Über Sport, zu Kunst und Diskussionen ist für jede*n etwas dabei.

Since I'm moving out of my beloved student dormitory on May 1, 2024, I'm looking for a student to sublet the room 531 in "The Social Hub" Berlin from June 1 for a limited period (3 months, June 1 - August 31).
The room is fully furnished, and the building has several elevators. You'll have a cozy queen-size bed, a modern TV, air conditioning, very fast Wi-Fi, a private bathroom, access to a bicycle, monthly room cleaning, and access to a communal kitchen. Additionally, you'll have access to a 24/7 fitness center and a 24/7 study room in the building.
Furthermore, the house is under video surveillance, security protected, and there are 24/7 on-site contacts available. Since the dormitory is part of a hotel, you can also use its restaurant & bar, as well as the lobby.
Numerous events are offered every month. covering sports, art, and discussions, ensuring there's something for everyone.
