Altbau Mitte - Besichtigung SAMSTAG - 6-monatige Untervermietung

Dear All,
I must point out to you that the apartment is only available for a limited time frame of six months. An Untervermietung will be signed with the Landlord as well as with me, it is all official. There seems to be little possibility of extension, unfortunately and the sub-tenancy will terminate automatically upon termination of the main tenancy.
The apartment contains a bed and comfy mattress, a chest-of-drawers, a bathroom wall shelf and under-sink cabinet, and in the kitchen there are quite rudimentary shelves, cooker, over, etc. You can dispose of the furniture as you wish. The cellar is also available for use.
Contracts with gas and electricity providers must be concluded by yourselves, @ approx EUR30 for each utility per month. Phone must also be individually negotiated.

Please Note:
The walls are not perfect. They have scratched at cat-level and I really NEED someone who can repair this at minimal cost. I would be willing to pay for all materials, but the work input is required from You.
A Kaution of 3MM is required from the Untervermieter.
And the floor needs a scrub!!! ;)
